This working group brings together thinkers and practitioners around the topic of fermentation. We meet online once a month to e.g. discuss papers, pre-circulate publications in the making and get internal reviews, juggle ideas with microbes and fermentation, network among peers, and more. Or less. Depending on needs and flows. This group has been initiated by Maya who can be contacted in case you are interested in joining the CSSM working group on fermentation as a practice, a mindset, and ways of knowing microbes.
